All orders are delivered by Courier. Instructions can be taken to leave parcel unsigned in a Safe Place but this is entirely at the Customers Risk. Please supply telephone number for courier deliveries. Deliveries take place between 8am – 8pm.
We guarantee to only send you top quality plants that have been carefully inspected before dispatch and that they are packed to a high standard to arrive at your delivery address in perfect condition. We go to extraordinary lengths to send out Best quality plants so we need to know if you have a problem with any of our deliveries. We are happy to accept returned plants and offer a 14 day refund policy. Postage will not be refunded unless we have failed in our duty of care.
We cannot refund postage where a customer has changed their mind. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
